By incorporating techniques from a wide range of rehabilitative practices, we can treat pain and injury more comprehensively and achieve longer lasting results.
Many rehabilitative treatments (and often times, patients themselves) are narrowly focused on treating symptoms to achieve short-term results — trying only to make the pain ‘go away’, or rehabilitating an injury just long enough to be able to resume an activity.
Muscle and joint pain may be due to a specific injury, repetitive stress, skeletal misalignment, congenital issues, or any combination of these.
Our therapists trace your pain back to its original ‘root’ cause, to discover, treat and ultimately heal the tissue that was originally injured — and oversee a rehabilitative program designed to correct the issue and prevent relapse.
“Four years ago when I was battling a shoulder injury that set me back a full season, I saw specialists all over North America. They all told me the same thing, and nothing seemed to help. It wasn’t until I spent last winter working with Scott Marchant that he was able to identify a number of imbalances in my body that were leading to a breakdown in my pitching motion causing my pain. His ability to view the body as a whole, and attack the “cause” of an injury is incredible. After three years of battling shoulder pain, it only took six weeks working with Scott before I was pain free and starting to rebuild the strength I had lost in my shoulder. Now, I am feeling better than I did prior to my injury and looking forward to the next phase of my baseball career.”

“I have trained with excellent trainers around the globe (NYC, London, Atlanta and Melbourne) however Scott is in a league by himself. His exercise philosophy unifies a variety of techniques other trainers have worked with me on; however they never pulled it all together into a cohesive program as Scott does. His relentless attention to core strength has helped me work through a serious knee injury while improving my overall fitness and strength. Scott has helped me meet my short-term goals and taken me to a level of fitness that I didn’t know was possible. He often is better at judging my strength than I am able to determine myself. Scott never ceases to amaze me at how he creates dynamic and innovative training sessions”.
